Welcome to Dad BOD to Bad BOD. This 28 day at-home reset is geared towards working men that doesn’t seem to have time to work on their health and attend a gym. These short, daily workouts (6 per week) will help you busy dads reset your healthy lifestyle in order to live long and healthy lives for yourself and your family. Plan will involve up to 30 minutes of workouts daily. Also includes demonstration videos and/or pictures simulations for workouts.
