
You've completed Cycle 1, now it's time to Master your Macros and be intentional with nutrition! This cycle requires that you keep your food log and journal your food journey over the next 21 days. You want to get an idea of what food is fueling your body and what food is fueling your emotions! Your workout plan is slightly different from Cycle 1. When we learn to master nutrition and put all out effort in our workouts, our bodies will need some extra rest and recovery time. The battle is won in the macros!!
