This program consists of 22 30-minute workouts that’s guaranteed to meet your fitness needs. The workouts consist of Tabata, EMOM, AMRAP and traditional strength workouts. These workouts can be performed at home or the gym. Wake up early morning before your family or perform them late in the evening. Just set aside 30 minutes for these HIIT workouts to help you get “Back 2 Fitness.”
